Before joining HR Performance, Inc., Brian was the president of HarrisMartin Publishing, a publisher serving the legal industry with specialized reports and
conferences dealing with litigation in the field of toxic torts – asbestos, mold, drugs and drug supplements. He spent 33 years at Clement Communications, Inc., a publisher
of employee communications and motivation programs and supervisory training publications dealing with human resource issues including FMLA, ADA, sexual
harassment, employee benefits, hiring, firing and recruiting. He is a graduate of LaSalle University and Widener University graduate school. He is a veteran of the United States Army, Army Security Agency.

Christopher J. Massaro

Mr. Massaro is Principle of HR Performance Sites and along with PSM Capital Group an investor in the business, a Partner with PSM Capital Group and Managing Partner of The Source. Mr. Massaro has more than 20 years of experience in career management, investment banking, and business operations. Prior to forming The Source, Mr. Massaro served as President of CJM Strategies, a private middle market investment banking firm, was a Vice President with Gottesman Company, the largest middle market investment banking firm in the U.S., and spent over 15 years as an owner and Executive Vice President of Vilotti-Puratos, a $25 million food manufacturing and distribution company. He serves as Vice President of The Living Through Cancer Foundation, and serves on the executive board for the Radnor Educational Foundation. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Villanova University.

David Armstrong

Mr. Armstrong served in the United States Air Force. During this period of 8 1/2 years, Mr. Armstrong was deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Desert Storm in 1991, was decorated for his service and earned his bachelors degree. Mr. Armstrong lead several corporate startups for Fortune 100 companies to include Transamerica, Microsoft, Sears and the United States Postal Service, including mergers and acquisitions at Dean Witter HQ in Chicago. Mr. Armstrong is CEO of 8ONE8, Inc., an Internet development agency. 8ONE8 created, invested and led the efforts to launch Bounce in 2006. The software has three web services built on it’s platform, and currently 10 different developer teams working on projects to deliver services to popular platforms, e.g. iphone, facebook, igoogle, Vista Gadgets, AOL Bots, etc.

Mr. Armstrong is a Partner in CoPILOT Investors. CoPILOT is located in the Philadelphia area, and focused on helping internet services company grow, improve and better serve the small to medium size business market.

Ms. Rhoads’ experience is a constant balance between interactive design and account management. Ms. Rhoads previously held a position as the Email Information Director with the Loyal Customer Club (subsidiary of GANNETT.) Ms. Rhoads worked for two marketing agencies in an account management role. Her clients include HADCO (a Phillips Group brand), Wohlsen Construction, Flinchbaugh Engineering, Manheim Imports and Belco Community Credit Union. Ms. Rhoads holds a degree in Multimedia Design from the Art Institute of York, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Smith has more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Prior to joining HR Performance Mr. Smith held the position of Business Development Executive for various Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations building new business for numerous start up companies and larger companies including SAP Software, Ikon Office Solutions, and Monster.com. He has held senior sales positions within various technology companies including Comp USA, Boundless Technologies and Neoware Systems. Mr. Smith holds an Associate in Applied Science degree.

Managing Partner – Critical Capital Management

Mr. Ashley is a partner in HR Performance Sites, and oversees Critical Capital Management, which specializes in providing C-Level Executives across major industries. Mr. Ashley has more than 30 years of senior executive experience with firms such as Goldman Sachs, Hitachi Group and Scott Paper. He has served as CEO and CFO for numerous firms, as well as Director of a $75 million company and partner in a national Venture Capital/Turnaround Management Firm. Mr. Ashley serves on civic and charitable boards and is a member of Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association, and The Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group. Mr. Ashley holds an MBA from St. Johns University.
